Theo Meredith has been delivering construction projects across Queensland since 1993. Image Construction Management was founded in 2003 on the simple belief that repeat clients are the best measure of any builder.

Theo’s career started in 1993 when his father Paul found a newspaper advertisement for a Building and Estimating Cadet. Early mentors Paul Lingard and Les Nichols instilled the values of quality workmanship, honesty and doing things properly the first time — values that have shaped every project since.

Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected on site. Aggressive behaviour isn’t tolerated.

Team: The people behind your project

Clients deal directly with Theo. Day-to-day site coordination is managed by Site Foreman Joey Gallina, supported by Angela Caldwell who handles bookkeeping and administration. Together with our network of trusted long-term subcontractors, we operate as a cohesive team on every project.
